This Privacy Policy explains how MFAE LLC dba Vvendr ("Vvendr," "we") collects, uses, and shares information when you use vvendr.com (the "Platform"). By using the Platform you agree to this Policy.
Information you give us. When you request a quote or contact us, we collect your name, email, phone (if provided), building address, building type, size, services needed, timeline, budget indication, and any details you submit. When you onboard as a service provider, we collect business and verification information, including legal entity details, insurance certificates, licensing, service verticals, and service areas.
Information collected automatically. Basic usage data such as IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, and referring source, collected via cookies and privacy-respecting analytics.
We use information to: (a) match building owners with service providers and deliver quotes; (b) validate, grade, and sell Building Leads to providers and provide enterprise lead access to property managers; (c) process payments and manage accounts; (d) communicate with you about your request or account; (e) operate, secure, and improve the Platform; and (f) comply with legal obligations.
With service providers. When you request a quote, we share your submitted information with vetted providers so they can contact you with quotes. This is the core purpose of the Platform.
With service vendors that run our operations, under contract, including payment processing (Stripe), data and workflow tools (such as Airtable and automation services), email delivery, and analytics. These vendors may process your information only to provide services to us.
For legal reasons, when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
We do not sell your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Vvendr does not store full card numbers or bank credentials on its own systems; those are handled by our payment processor under its own security and privacy terms.
We use essential cookies to operate the Platform and limited analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect functionality.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Platform, fulfill the purposes described here, comply with legal and tax obligations, and resolve disputes. Building Lead records are retained for marketplace operations and recordkeeping.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time, by emailing hello@vvendr.com. Depending on your state, you may have additional rights; we will honor applicable requests. To stop provider contact, reply STOP to texts or unsubscribe from emails.
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The Platform is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
We may update this Policy. Material changes take effect when posted with a new effective date.
