Vvendr is operated by MFAE LLC, a Missouri limited liability company doing business as Vvendr ("Vvendr," "we," "us"), 117 S Lexington Street STE 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701. By accessing vvendr.com or submitting any form on it (the "Platform"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Vvendr operates a lead marketplace. We generate, validate, and sell information about commercial buildings that have requested service quotes ("Building Leads") to service providers, and we offer enterprise lead access to property managers. Vvendr does not perform cleaning, HVAC, pest control, or any other on-site service, and is not a party to any contract between a building owner and a service provider. We do not employ, supervise, control, or guarantee the work of any provider.
When you request a quote, you authorize Vvendr to share the information you submit with vetted service providers so they may contact you with quotes. Quotes are provided to you at no cost and with no obligation to hire anyone. Any service contract you enter into is solely between you and the provider you choose. Vvendr does not set provider pricing and does not warrant provider services. You represent that you are authorized to request services for the building you submit.
Purchasing Building Leads or subscriptions is governed by a separate written agreement (the Provider Lead Purchase Agreement or PM Enterprise Subscription Agreement) executed at onboarding. Those agreements control in the event of any conflict with these Terms as to lead purchases. Providers must not resell, redistribute, or scrape leads or Platform data.
You agree not to: (a) submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information; (b) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (c) scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data; (d) interfere with or attempt to compromise the Platform's security; or (e) use the Platform to send spam or harvest contact information.
By submitting a form or providing your phone or email, you consent to be contacted by Vvendr and by matched providers by email, phone, or text regarding your request. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
The Platform, including its content, design, and the Vvendr and Vverified marks, is owned by MFAE LLC and protected by applicable law. You receive no license except the limited right to use the Platform for its intended purpose.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL LEADS, MATCHES, AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." VVENDR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. VVENDR DOES NOT WARRANT THE QUALITY, LICENSING, INSURANCE, OR PERFORMANCE OF ANY PROVIDER OR THE ACCURACY OF ANY LEAD.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VVENDR'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 IN THE AGGREGATE. IN NO EVENT SHALL VVENDR BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MFAE LLC dba Vvendr from any claim arising out of your use of the Platform, your submissions, or your contracts with any provider or building owner.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Missouri.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes take effect when posted with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
