Our reps find and validate buildings in their own metro — the local edge wins: you know the neighborhoods, the business parks, the property names. The work itself is virtual — phone, email, and social outreach from home. Commission-only, paid weekly. No experience requirement; local knowledge and hustle required.

The pay ladder — per validated action

Weekly payouts every Monday for actions validated ≥7 days (fraud cushion). Refunds/no-shows claw back.
Validated means confirmed by the client's own action — a real quote request, a kept appointment, or an online payment. Never a form-fill alone.
You never handle money. Every action is captured through your rep-tagged link and auto-credited to you.
Your market is your turf: you rep the metro you actually live in or know cold — STL or KC.
Independent-contractor, commission-only. No salary, no cap, no territory limit on virtual outreach.
You’re building the Founding 1,000 — Vvendr caps membership at 1,000 verified clients, so every one you bring in counts and quality stays premium.
Basic equipment required before your rep code is issued: a headset, a laptop (or a capable smartphone), a cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet. You supply your own gear.
Perform and move up: consistent producers are converted to an internal Vvendr team number — a company phone line and team identity for their outreach.

Quality gate: we call back a random ~10% of submitted leads. Reps below 80% accuracy are paused. Bring real leads and this never touches you.
