The Vvendr Rep Guide: from first lead to first payout.
Everything you need to start earning: how you get leads, how to read them, how to make contact,
what counts as a validated (payable) action, and exactly where your commissions show up. Bookmark this page.
1Get approved & set up
Equipment gate — required before your rep code is issued: a headset, a laptop (or a capable smartphone), a cell phone, and reliable high-speed internet. You supply your own gear; no code ships without it. Perform consistently and you convert to an internal Vvendr team number — a company phone line and team identity for your outreach.
- Apply at vvendr.com/reps (2 minutes).
- Sign the Rep Agreement online — the link is on your application confirmation screen and at vvendr.com/agreements. Your executed copy is emailed to you automatically.
- Watch your inbox — your welcome email from The Vvendr Team includes your personal rep link (every submission through it is auto-credited to you) and your assigned metro.
Nothing to buy, no quotas, no schedule. Commission-only, capped at nothing.
2Get your leads (two streams)
- Self-sourced: buildings you find in your metro — office parks, medical buildings, retail strips, HOAs. You know your city; that's the edge.
- Assigned raw-lead batches: each week you receive an emailed batch of 10–25 raw leads from your metro — real buildings that showed interest but never finished (no-replies, abandoned quote forms, aging records). They're free to you and pay the same ladder.
Batch rules: untouched for 7 days → the batch recycles to another rep. 3 logged failed attempts → mark it dead in your reply and it won't count against you. Work only leads in your assigned metro.
3Read the lead sheet
Your batch email contains one row per lead. Columns you'll use:
| Column | What it tells you |
| Building / Business | Who you're calling. Search them quickly before dialing. |
| Contact / Title / Phone / Email | Best-known contact. If it's not the decision-maker, your first job is finding who is (office manager, property manager, owner). |
| Vertical | cleaning / HVAC / pest — the service they showed interest in. Lead with it. |
| Source | apollo-noreply = got our email, never answered · seq-exhaust = finished a whole email sequence silently · aging-C = older record needing re-confirmation · form-abandon = started our quote form and stopped (warmest — call these first) · rep-suggested = flagged by a rep, unworked. |
| Notes | Anything we already know — prior comments, timing, gatekeeper info. Add yours here when you reply. |
4Initiate contact
Call during business hours in the building's local time (9am–4:30pm is the sweet spot; Tue–Thu best). Identify yourself honestly — you're calling on behalf of Vvendr. Never robocall or blast SMS.
Opener: "Hi, this is [first name] with Vvendr — we line up free, no-obligation quotes from vetted commercial [cleaning/HVAC/pest] providers. Quick question: who handles [service] decisions for the building?"
Form-abandon opener: "Hi — someone at [building] started a quote request with Vvendr for [service] but didn't finish it. I'm just following up to see if you still want those quotes — takes 30 seconds to complete."
No answer? Follow with a short email the same day, then one more call attempt 2–3 days later. Three logged attempts = done. If anyone says "don't contact us" — note it in the sheet immediately and stop; we honor it permanently.
5Validate — what actually pays
A lead becomes payable when the customer confirms it themselves through your rep link — real decision-maker, real service need, real contact info, not a duplicate. Capture through your link so it's credited to you, then stack levels:
| Level | What you did | You earn | Confirms when… |
| 1 | They open your link and complete the short form themselves | $15 | Passes validation (real, reachable, no duplicate) |
| 2 | You complete the form with them (phone or in person) | $20 | Passes validation |
| 3 | Form + a confirmed quote appointment | $35 | They keep the appointment |
| 4 | Form + they register a paid membership online | $50 | They pay online (never through you) |
| 5 | You sign a service company (cleaner/HVAC/pest) that buys leads | $150 | The provider verifies, signs & pays online |
You never handle money. Ever. No cash, no card numbers, no payment info. Customers and providers pay Vvendr directly online. About 10% of leads get a verification call-back from us — quality pays, junk doesn't.
6Track your commissions
- Instant: every capture through your rep link shows a "Credited" confirmation on screen — that's your receipt that it's tagged to you.
- Weekly statement: every Monday The Vvendr Team emails your commission statement — each action listed with its status: Pending validation → Confirmed → Paid (or Reversed if an appointment cancels / a payment refunds).
- Payout: weekly, every Monday, by your chosen method. A built-in 1-week hold lets cancellations settle — so your first payout lands on your second Monday, and every week after that pays like clockwork.
- Clawback: a reversed action comes out of your next statement. Bring real, interested leads and this never touches you.
- Questions or a missing credit? Reply to any statement email or write hello@vvendr.com with the building name + date — we reconcile against the capture log.
7Do / Don't
- ✅ Lead with "free quotes, no obligation." It's true, and it opens doors.
- ✅ Always capture a real phone + email — profiles with fake or missing contact info don't count.
- ✅ Stack levels: a booked appointment ($35) beats a basic profile ($15) at the same door.
- ❌ Never invent info or submit a building twice — rejections hurt your accuracy score.
- ❌ Never promise pricing, timelines, or specific providers — Vvendr's quotes do the selling.
- ❌ Never contact anyone who asked not to be contacted.
